Parent Liaison Officer

This role reports to Sales & Marketing Manager. A customer-fronting sales role to build relationships with prospective parents and maximize enrolment conversion through the scheduling of school visits and management of the end-to-end student admission process.

 

·      Support the mission, vision and values of the organization on each centre of the portfolio. Ability to position Little Footprints Preschool from Nurture/Babilou, as a priority and important tool for the child development journey.

·      Self-motivated and able to advocate and inspire confidence in parents and families raising awareness about early years education and child development.

·      Build relationships, communicate and enable the development of a positive rapport with prospective parents, staff, community partners and other parties.

 

·      Ability to work with different stakeholders – Operations & Centre Principal(s)

o  Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads generated and work together to refine strategies and discounts to improve closure rates

o  Develop/improve a compelling sales pitch and work closely with Marketing and Operations

o  Work closely and team up with the operational team and know the perfect offer of each centre. Focus on the USPs and strengths of each school in the sales pitch.

o  Coach and advice the operational team (principals) on the sales process to make them more independent and performance-driven.

 

·      Manage end-to-end admission process:

o  Arrange school visits with prospective parents. Work closely with the principal and introduce families to the preschool by touring and taking them through the registration process.

o  Make outbound calls or emails to prospective parents in the pipeline – to schedule school visits or follow-ups to progress each lead in the pipeline (from lead to closure)

o  Build a relationship with them to understand their needs and concerns to accurately address and match with the centre’s unique selling propositions to maximise enrolment conversion

o  Able to travel around to different centres to meet prospective parents

 

·      Management of the CRM: Manage the database of leads and their pipeline through active monitoring and following up to progress each lead to closure.

o  Report on tours and sales daily in the CRM. Ensure proper and accurate data management of leads database

o  Close tours by making registrations and meeting monthly sales KPIs

o  Prepare sales report for review and analysis with management.

Ability to analyze reports, propose & plan commercial & marketing actions on his portfolio

 

·      Sales action for preschools such as roadshows, open houses that are directly related to sales and its KPIs

 

·      Attend Network meetings, trade fairs and external activities or other initiatives as required as a Babilou representative, support and attend company events, open house days, and community outreach programs and coordinate with the related community to increase brand awareness

 

 

Job Requirements

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales

·      Possesses a high level of enthusiasm and drive to meet sales targets

·      Strong track record of delivering monthly targets

·      Dynamic, Excellent people and communication skills

·      Pleasant and friendly personality

·      Adaptable to changes in the work environment
