Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executive will work closely with marketing and sales team as a support function to consolidate and manage large amount of enquiries

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amount of enquiries from various sources – website, social page, emails, call etc… - to be the customer’s first point of contact
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls to liaise with prospective parents
  • Advise prospects by understanding their needs and address their queries about our services
  • Manage and upkeep the customers' database and ensure accuracy of data
  • Coordinate and arrange for appointments for prospective parents
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Meet personal/team target and appointment-setting quotas
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with customer service
  • Able to handle and coordinate large amount of leads and calls
  • An independent individual as well as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, flexible, adaptable, willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to handle Mandarin speaking consumers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Experience in using CRM will be a bonus
