Job Description
- Provide general administrative support to the Principal and Teachers to ensure smooth operations in the centre
- Data entry, sorting of data, basic bookkeeping
- Maintain proper records on inventories (e.g. office supplies)
- Oversee the administrative function of the centre (e.g. collection of school fees)
- Assist in supervising children when required
- Liaising with parents on school fees, subsidy forms, and any other follow-up matters
- Liaising with parents, external vendors, and the HQ on any matters with regards to the centre’s operations
- Attend to telephone calls and any walk-in enquiries
- Participate in the centre’s activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma in Others or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience preferably in the Childcare industry
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- Organized, flexible, adaptable, willing to learn
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion in interacting with children
- A team player and an independent individual
