Childcare Administrator


Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the Principal and Teachers to ensure smooth operations in the centre
  • Data entry, sorting of data, basic bookkeeping
  • Maintain proper records on inventories (e.g. office supplies)
  • Oversee the administrative function of the centre (e.g. collection of school fees)
  • Assist in supervising children when required
  • Liaising with parents on school fees, subsidy forms, and any other follow-up matters
  • Liaising with parents, external vendors, and the HQ on any matters with regards to the centre’s operations
  • Attend to telephone calls and any walk-in enquiries
  • Participate in the centre’s activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma in Others or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience preferably in the Childcare industry
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Organized, flexible, adaptable, willing to learn
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion in interacting with children
  • A team player and an independent individual
